Veteran Student Waiver

To apply for an application fee waiver, please complete the following form and submit a copy of the following official documentation:

· Military Service Member: Military ID

· Military Veteran: DD214

A Veteran must:

· Submit Active-Duty Orders, Current original orders, including signature page(s) or DD Form 214

· Have received an honorable discharge or separation or a general discharge under honorable conditions as indicated on the Veteran’s Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty,

· Served at least 181 days of active-duty service (excluding training).
